Which AI provider do you use?

SummAsync uses the DeepSeek API, with deepseek-chat as the default model. When you request AI analysis or summarization, the relevant extracted PDF text needed to generate that result is securely transmitted to DeepSeek for processing. SummAsync is independent and is not affiliated with DeepSeek. See the Privacy Policy for provider, retention, and deletion details.

Can I download an editable Word file?

Yes. After you create an account, you can download the extracted source content and the completed analysis as separate DOCX files. Free and paid plans include the same Word exports. For the most accurate formatting on iPhone, open DOCX files in Microsoft Word or WPS; Quick Look may simplify table layouts.

Can I install SummAsync on my phone?

Yes. On iPhone, open the site in Safari, tap Share, then Add to Home Screen. On Android Chrome, use Install app or Add to Home screen from the browser menu. A secure HTTPS site is required for install. SummAsync remains a web app; offline analysis is not included in the current release.

How do free credits work?

Free includes one full basic AI summary inside its lifetime allowance. Plus includes 3 AI summaries per billing cycle and is designed for regular document processing. Pro and Business have no separate AI summary count limit within their page allowance. Usage is charged only after successful processing.

Who processes payments?

Creem is the merchant of record and handles checkout, payment processing, applicable taxes, invoices, and related payment administration.

How does annual billing work?

Annually billed subscriptions are charged once for a full year and renew annually until canceled.

Can I upgrade my plan?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Eligible upgrades show a quote before confirmation. Any applicable credit is calculated from the unused portion of your current paid period.

How do I cancel?

Open Billing and use Manage Subscription to cancel through the Creem Customer Portal. Cancellation stops future renewals; paid access continues through the end of the current billing period.

Can I get a refund?

Accepted Answer

Paid subscriptions may be refunded within 24 hours. The value of page credits already used is deducted at the effective unit price based on the amount actually paid. Subscription upgrades are final.

How long do you keep my PDF?

Accepted Answer

Uploaded PDFs, extracted text, and generated document results are retained for 24 hours from upload and then automatically deleted. You can delete a document sooner from your authenticated workspace.
